The Leaders of Tomorrow Program is a 2-year paid management internship program at SITECH Eastern Canada Ltd. that allows you to showcase what you can do, acquire skills and accelerate your management and leadership development.
Through this program, many managers have risen through the ranks of the company, including our President and CEO, Scott Medhurst.
You Are…
Hardworking and self-taught, and you dream of a career that matches your ambitions. You enjoy learning on the job and from others. You are a self-starter and a leader motivated by results and performance and have an inspiring personality. You have a taste for adventure and the ability and desire to travel around the country during and after the program.
You are at the beginning of your career, with 1 to 3 years of experience. You have at least a technical/business college diploma or a bachelor’s degree in business administration or another relevant discipline, a driver’s license and you speak English and French.

Multi-faceted training that builds tomorrow’s leaders
Our interns have the opportunity to work across Eastern Canada, in all divisions, touching many industries and at sites from Manitoba to the Atlantic. Future leaders explore various construction industry sectors while developing their practical and theoretical knowledge of products, rentals, sales, operations, product support, customer service, business development and even personnel management.
